Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before booking. By scheduling or using a Dash Hero service, you agree to these terms, including the service-recording and marketing-use provisions below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, booking, or using any service provided by Dash Hero ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree in full, do not book or use our services.

2. Services

Dash Hero provides express mobile interior cleaning in and around Springfield, Missouri, generally between 7am and 7pm. Express Clean includes loose-trash removal and vacuuming of seats, floors, and floor mats. Interior Reset adds dashboard dusting, surface wipe-down, interior window cleaning, and a complimentary scent. Ride Ready adds priority service, trunk cleaning, and a Ride Ready gift box. Multi-vehicle bundles use the Interior Reset service level unless checkout states otherwise. These services are not full detailing and do not include shampooing, extraction, liquid-spill cleanup, stain or odor removal, or restoration work. Offerings, prices, service area, and availability may change.

3. Vehicle Access

The Customer must provide safe, unobstructed vehicle access during the selected arrival window, including unlocking the vehicle or arranging access in advance. Dash Hero is not responsible for delays, incomplete service, or missed appointments caused by unavailable vehicle access. A missed appointment caused by the Customer may be treated as a late cancellation.

4. Pre-Existing Damage

Dash Hero is not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions, including scratches, scuffs, dents, tears, cracks, stains, discoloration, odors, mechanical issues, or electrical faults. We may photograph or record the vehicle before, during, and after service. Our technicians do not perform mechanical inspections.

5. Service Results

Results vary with the vehicle's age, condition, and degree of soiling. Dash Hero does not guarantee removal of stains, odors, discoloration, embedded pet hair, or other conditions outside the selected express-cleaning scope. Heavily soiled interiors may be declined or may require a separately approved service or price.

6. Personal Property

Customers must remove valuables, cash, documents, personal items, and irreplaceable property before service. Dash Hero may remove loose trash, while decorative items, accessories, and belongings are left untouched. Dash Hero is not responsible for property left inside the vehicle.

7. Pet Hair, Biohazard & Extreme Soiling

Dash Hero may refuse or stop service when excessive pet hair, bodily fluids, mold, insects, vomit, blood, feces, hazardous materials, or another unsafe condition is present. If a different service or price is appropriate, it will be explained for the Customer's approval before an additional charge is made.

8. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations made before the selected arrival window begins do not carry a fee. Once the arrival window begins, a $10 cancellation fee applies. Dash Hero will waive each Customer's first late-cancellation fee. A no-show or failure to provide vehicle access may be treated as a late cancellation. When a cancellation is completed, any prepaid service amount is returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

9. Rescheduling, Weather & Availability

Customers may reschedule anytime, subject to available appointment times. Dash Hero does not charge a rescheduling fee. If the Customer chooses to cancel instead, Section 8 applies. Dash Hero may reschedule or cancel due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control. No Customer cancellation fee applies when Dash Hero initiates the change.

10. Photography & Marketing

Every visit may be photographed or recorded for safety, quality assurance, dispute review, training, advertising, social media, website content, and other promotional use. By accepting these Terms and booking service, the Customer consents to recording and authorizes Dash Hero to use service photos and recordings for those purposes. We make reasonable efforts to obscure license plates, documents, addresses, faces, and other identifying information before public use. Recordings are generally retained for 30 days, but selected material may be retained longer for disputes, legal obligations, training, or authorized marketing use.

11. Payment

Any balance shown as due is payable at booking or as otherwise stated during checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and Dash Hero does not add sales tax to interior cleaning services. Stripe processes card payments; full card information is not stored on Dash Hero servers. Any upgrade or adjusted price must be disclosed before it is charged. Promotions and credits are subject to the conditions shown when offered. The Dash Hero Membership is $9.99 per month after any displayed introductory offer, provides account-based discounts while active, and may be cancelled through My Account and Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless checkout states otherwise.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Dash Hero may refuse or discontinue service because of unsafe conditions, aggressive or abusive behavior, material misrepresentation of the vehicle's condition, or repeated violations of these Terms. Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dash Hero's total liability for a claim related to these Terms or our services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Dash Hero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages where such limitations are permitted.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dash Hero and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of another party's rights.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to these Terms or our services will first be addressed informally by contacting Dash Hero. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Greene County, Missouri. You agree to waive participation in a class action or class-wide arbitration against Dash Hero.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Greene County, Missouri for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

17. Changes to These Terms

Dash Hero may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted to this page and apply to bookings made after posting. Review this page before booking.
