Dash Hero is the trade name of Dash Hero LLC, an express mobile interior vehicle cleaning service operating in Springfield, MO. We are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect

• Name, phone number, and email address when you book
• Service address for appointment purposes
• Vehicle make and model
• Payment and billing identifiers processed securely by Stripe; Dash Hero does not receive or store full card numbers
• Booking preferences, service notes, consent choices, and account or referral activity

Video Recording

Dash Hero visits may be recorded with video and audio from arrival through completion for safety, quality assurance, dispute review, and internal training. Customers give prior consent during checkout. Recordings are generally retained for 30 days and may be retained longer only when reasonably needed for a dispute, legal requirement, internal training, or separately authorized marketing use. Public marketing use requires optional permission during checkout and is not required to receive service. We make reasonable efforts to remove or obscure identifying details such as faces, license plates, addresses, documents, and personal information.

Data Storage

Dash Hero uses service providers to operate the website and bookings, including Netlify for hosting and server functions, Supabase for accounts and booking records, Airtable for service operations, Resend for transactional email, and Stripe for payments and billing. These providers process information for Dash Hero under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and Security

We retain account, transaction, consent, and booking records for as long as reasonably needed to provide service, maintain business and tax records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a security breach requires notice under applicable law, Dash Hero will provide notice as required.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us through the Contact section. We may verify the request and retain information that is reasonably necessary for transactions, security, disputes, recordkeeping, or legal compliance.

Why We Record

Every Dash Hero visit may be recorded from start to finish using a body-worn camera that captures video and audio. This policy exists to protect both you (the customer) and our technician. Recording is disclosed before booking and requires prior customer consent.

• The full interior cleaning process
• The vehicle upon completion

Retention

Recordings are generally retained for 30 days. They may be retained longer when needed for a dispute, legal requirement, internal training, or approved marketing use.

Consent

By accepting the Terms during checkout, you give prior consent to video and audio service recording for safety, quality assurance, dispute review, and internal training. The customer is responsible for notifying other people who may enter the vehicle or service area. Dash Hero will pause or stop recording when reasonably necessary to avoid private activity unrelated to the service. Public advertising, website, or social-media use requires separate optional permission during checkout and is not required to receive service. We make reasonable efforts to remove or obscure identifying details, including faces, license plates, addresses, documents, and personal information.
